FUN FACT: Productive and Free is also the original creator of the Client Welcome Packet and Client Goodbye Packet Templates in Canva format! We developed these proprietary on-boarding and off-boarding systems based on our experience with our clients. It was so effective that we turned them into Canva templates and began offering it to fellow service-providers in January 2019.
