Though there could be so many of them, and a diagnosis by a health care provider is needed, a self-analysis would help to realize that one needs to seek out help. Triggers that aggravate these symptoms do worsen the situation or issue. By providing different ways to cope helps one to manage those symptoms and prevent it from overwhelming and taking control one’s day to day life.

Mental health issues have been an on-going issue in society. It’s time to spread awareness and stop the stigma that has been attached to it. We need to help each other manage it and overcome it.
